Pricing Structure

We offer transparent pricing with options to accommodate events of all sizes:

Base Package

$250 for cart rental with setup and breakdown
$150 deposit required with reservation (non-refundable 7 days prior to event)

Additional Options

$40 per hour for optional professional server
Additional fee for delivery beyond 15 miles of Bettendorf (please inquire for specific pricing

The $150 deposit is applied toward your total rental fee

Booking Process:

Securing your cart rental is simple:

Check Availability: Contact us to confirm your event date is available
Reserve Your Cart: Secure your booking with the $150 deposit
Plan Your Layout: We’ll provide dimensions and setup guidelines for planning your display
Confirm Details: Finalize delivery time and location at least one week before your event
Day-of Delivery: We arrive at the agreed time to set up your cart
Arrange Your Items: YOU Create your display with your selected food items
Enjoy Your Event: Wow your guests with your beautiful presentation
Pickup: We return at the arranged time to dismantle and remove the cart

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak season (May-October).
